Camino Walk Underway

Shannon and Chris from the USA have started their 2018 Camino de Santiago trek from Portugal.  In the first couple of weeks they faced very rainy conditions with the paths muddy and at times completely flooded.

Karts gets to 300 miles on Arizona Trail

Art reaches Molino Basin

Art has recently reached the Molino Basin on his Arizona Trail thru hike.  That means he has covered around 160 miles of the 800 mile journey.   Conditions seem to ranging between 40-70 degrees F with very low humidity and UV.  Always on the lookout for free water Art has been able to maintain good supplies

Art’s Arizona Trail provides unexpected snow.

Art left the Mexico/USA border 4 days ago on his attempt to thru-hike the Arizona Trail.  While expecting cold and dry conditions Art was greeted with snow falls as he negotiated the first stage via Miller Peak.  He is currently a few miles south of Canelo, about to head west.

Rebecca takes on 20,000 ft Island Peak

Rebecca Webb, an Aussie adventurer, went to the Himalayas to challenge herself. Rebecca, who does not classify herself as a technical climber chose to try to climb Island Peak. Art Huseonica to attempt Arizona Trail Thru Hike
