Søren Simonsen passes 900 miles of PCT.

Søren Simonsen, using ArmaSkin for blister prevention, has covered over 910 miles (close to 1,500km) on the Pacific Crest Trail. Lucy Reaches Perito Moreno

Søren Simonsen reports from 846 mile point.

42 days into his attempt to hike the 2650 mile Pacific Crest Trail, Søren Simonsen from Denmark has covered 846 miles of the Trail.  That is about 3 miles north of Emerald Peak. At that point elevation is around 10,000 feet where oxygen levels are 14.3% vs 20.9% thus adding to the complexity of maintaining hiking strength.
